New Workout! Full Body Barre Mini Segments

Hello! Calling all Barre training fans 🤗 

Full Body Barre Mini Segments

This workout is express and intense, getting you in and out, while maximizing the time we have! The workout as a whole breaks down each body part into mini workouts for the lower body, upper body, and core, with a booty burnout. The sections may seem short, but we get right to the heart of the muscle contractions and let it burn 🔥 

A short warm up and cool down are included and you'll want to be prepared with a mat, something you can use as a barre (tall chair, countertop), and very light weights (roughly 1-5 lbs/ankle weights on your wrists).
