First Challenge Complete🎉

I’ve been working out with Fitness Blender since the very beginning, but I’ve never actually marked a Challenge or Program complete. I’d always start, get sidetracked, and never circle back.

Life has been extra tough lately, so I figured if I could stick with this, it’d be something to be proud of. Plus, I know workouts always help me feel better mentally.

I didn’t finish in a month, but I kept Kelli’s (and some amazing members’) words in mind: there’s no deadline. Two months later, I just marked FB30 30 complete—and I am so proud of myself!

It was exactly what I needed to keep my head up and keep moving forward. I also gained 7 pounds, which was tough to see at first, but I realized it just means I’m fueling my body with healthy meals throughout the day—something I wasn’t doing before.

Now I’m browsing the library to see what to add to my calendar next, and thought I’d ask you all since you’re always so helpful! I’m working on growing my glutes again and love strength + cardio (but open to anything!). Any favorite workouts or programs you’d suggest?
