New 5 Day Trainer Series Challenge! Core and Strength with Brian

Hey FB Family,

It's here! The 5-Day Core & Strength Challenge, inspired by Kelli's FB Abs, was built to support how we move in day to day life. Things like picking up and playing with our kids and carrying groceries to working in the garden or hauling bags. It’s about building strength that helps you feel capable and confident in everything you do.

Like many of you, I love to train and stay active, including my time on the mats doing Jiu-Jitsu. That kind of training constantly reminds me how much we depend on our core for balance, control, and stability both in workouts and in everyday life. That connection really shaped this program. I wanted to create something simple, effective, and realistic — workouts that fit into real life while still challenging you in the best way.

I’ll be honest. There were moments during this challenge where I had to dig a little deeper. I’m not a big fan of isometric holds. They are challenging and uncomfortable, but they’re also one of the most important ways to build lasting core strength and stability. Maybe you’ll find moments in this workout that hit you the same way. When you do, take it as a good sign—it means you’re pushing into something worth working on.

My goal with this challenge was to push us, but not overdo it. It’s challenging without being overwhelming, the kind of training that leaves you feeling stronger, not drained.
