Hi FB fam! I haven’t worked out with FB for years 🫠 YEARS! Life happened, and all I’ve done ever since is just go on walks around my neighborhood very rarely if I’m being completely honest.
I’m trying to show up for myself again, specially now that I’m navigating motherhood. ♥️
I wanted to ask for your advice. Should I re-do my old beginner programs (FBReach, Low Impact 1&2) or try out any other new ones? Do you have any favorite videos or recommendations? :) (I’m not on Plus yet, I want to prove myself that I can be consistent first).
