Good morning! Anyone short on time today or this week? 

Short and Spicy Strength

Maybe you're not short on time, but in a season of enjoying shorter workouts. Whatever the reason, I think you're going to enjoy this one! With a warm up and cool down included, the actual workout portion of this video is 10 minutes. We take those 10 minutes and use just about every second of it for working, other than transitioning exercises and weights. It's a total body strength training workout, incorporating a variety of muscles in the upper and lower body as well as the core. 

We get you in and out on this one, and my favorite aspect is that although we don't have much time, we don't sacrifice satisfaction! All you need is 20 minutes of time, a mat, and your range of dumbbells to get this workout complete.
