New Workout! Lower Body Mobility and Stretch

Hello! 

Keep things running smoothly and new discoveries coming for your lower body in this 12-minute mobility and stretching routine! We focus on the hips, ankles, and feet while recovering the glutes, hamstrings, inner thighs, calves, and quads through intentional ranges of motion and stretches. As a result, you’ll recover sore muscles and become more confident in body awareness and movement control. 

Lower Body Mobility and Stretch

One thing I like about mobility and what keeps it exciting for me is looking for new and unconventional ways to move. This routine will present traditional mobility and ranges of motion with its share of "unconventional" thrown in, too! Approach it with mindfulness and open-mindedness, knowing that at any time you can adjust the move to make it feel fitting for you with the help of modifications I share. 

All you need is 12 minutes of time on a rest or recovery day, or any day for that matter!
