New FREE Workout! Mid-Body Burn

Mid-Body Burn

Anyone remember this No Standing Mid-Body Burn workout? This latest free workout of mine has similarities but it's much shorter and also includes standing exercises, weights, and more work for the back. We focus on strengthening the glutes, core, and back while improving our posture and alignment at the same time. This focus, along with some of the exercises, may remind you of Pilates. 

To pair with the shorter workout and banded glute finisher, there is a warm up and cool down included. Although, I encourage you to complete the main workout 2x through if you're up for the challenge and have the time!
