Need help picking workout programs - recovering from tailbone injury

Hello!

I had a pretty bad tailbone injury, went through physio and was cleared to do workouts by myself. When I do cardio like biking/dancing/jogging, I am pain free, but sprints hurt a little bit. I loved to do FB programs combining HIIT with strength, but most of the HIIT/free dumbbells workouts, especially those involving lunges-type movements or weighted squats (barbell squat is what injured me in the first place) flare up the injury and it takes a few days to get back to normal. However, when I perform RDL-type movements and use core-stabilizing exercises, my tailbone feels absolutely fine. I started using machines in the gym instead which mostly worked for some movements. However, I miss how fun the FB cardio+strength free weight movement style workouts were and I really want to get back to doing FB workout programs but I don't want to flare up anything - does anyone have recommendations on what I can start doing to get back?

I guess I'm looking for programs with workouts like these - I did a resistance band workout today (pain-free!!!) and felt great (https://www.fitnessblender.com/videos/resistance-band-upper-body-workout-bored-easily-style)
