Program ideas

Hi all,

Wanted to throw out a couple program ideas:

1. Long-term (3-6 months?) program: Something that can give us long-term goals to work toward, such as increased 1-mile run/walk time, length of time in a plank, number of push-ups, number of sit-ups, increased weight in strength training, etc.

2. 3-month running program with designated calendar days for runs, balanced with strength training/HIIT/stretching & mobility to help increase endurance (as a main objective) and speed (as a secondary objective).
