New Workout! Deep Core Activation and Strengthening

Hello! I hope everyone is making it a great day! 

Deep Core Activation and Strengthening

This level 2-3 workout takes place all on the floor, activating and strengthening your deep core! Instead of doing this focused work as a standalone workout, this shorter 23-minute video can be placed before your planned workout of the day to properly prime your posture and core, or can be completed after your workout of the day to connect with and build your core foundation alongside your weekly training routine. Whether you're in core maintenance mode or rebuilding your core due to an injury, pregnancy, or extended time away from exercise, this routine will fit the bill! 

I include modifications and progressions so you can feel challenged no matter where you're at today. It can be hard to truly know what it means to 'connect to your core' so I made sure we started with a solid transverse abdominis activation warm up to alleviate the intimidation, as that often leads to avoidance in working this foundational area of the muscular system! 

My hope is that you can find an ideal place to seamlessly include this in your routine (even if just once, I'll be proud!), and that you feel more poised and confident in your core's control and capabilities by the end.
