Hurt my ankle, have been taking it easy and doing more pilates lower body, and focusing on upper body and core.
Slowly getting better, and feel ready to get back into lower body strength but without lunges -curtsy, reverse, fwd.
Side lunges are okay since they don't put the same strain on the ankle.
Anyone have lunge free tags/collection for lower body?
I have found a couple just with basic fb search in workouts, but thought if someone already had this tag for themselves, they could share some lunge free LB strength.
