Hey FB Family! Grab your gloves (or shadowbox hands) and get ready to live out your Rocky or Creed moment...
Today’s 10-round heavy bag workout was fun to film, and it’s the first time I’ve brought one of my old in-person boxing class styles to the camera. I wanted to keep it simple, easy to follow, and fun to throw punches with… even if you’ve never boxed before.
We start with the jab and build each round with new punches and movements. By the end, you’re flowing through full combos, freestyle rounds, and a final burner to send it home.
Here’s the key: Use those 30-second rest rounds to listen in. I will walk you through the upcoming combo and show it to you on and off the bag. Think of those moments not only as rest but like mini-coaching breaks.
And don’t worry if you don’t have a heavy bag. You can absolutely shadowbox and still get a killer workout. I box 2–3x/week in my cardio routine, especially on days I don’t feel like running, and it always clears my head and helps with stress.
So whether you’re looking for a new way to condition, let off some steam, or want to feel like the main character in your own training montage… this one’s for you. Today, have fun with this one and do not worry about being perfect. Just work hard and do what you can
So team, let's grab those gloves and get ready to lock in!
