I've been recovering from a hip/lower back injury, normally I enjoy weight lifting and HIIT for the dynamic movement, but currently that would send my back into spasm. I know recovery programs are challenging because of the many forms injury can come in, but I was wondering if anyone had put together a playlist of workouts for a similar injury they've had that helped them?
