Workout suggestions for quadriceps tendonitis?

Hi everyone,

I've been dealing with quadriceps tendontis causing pain in one knee over the last few weeks. It's not severe, so I'm able to modify workouts to some extent, but I'd really like to figure out a good strategy for dealing with it and preventing worsening.

Any recommendations for strength-training programs or videos would be good to follow? I used to do pilates, so could try returning to that, but I would like to be able to get weight-lifting workouts in.
