"Longevity" is a buzz word I've been hearing. I'm 55 and I understand there are longevity-focused exercises. This isn't just focused on long life, but living our last 5-10 years HEALTHY. I'm probably not eating enough protein or structuring my workouts towards longevity. Can any of the FB trainers speak to that? Are their programs focused on that? Mobility + weigh resistance? I've heard podcasters say 1-2 days a week of weights is enough, plus walking, plus mobility. But then you have to pay money to find out the exact combination. I already trust you guys! Have I already been doing them here but they weren't called "longevity?" LOL! Thank you!
