Hello FB community - newbie here. My fitness journey (re)started in May when I decided to do a 15-minute workout challenge for a month, which I surprised myself by finishing. I then found Fitness Blender and have gone through almost all of the free programs. I will be finishing the 'Spring into Fitness' program by the end of the week, and I am looking to possibly purchase an annual membership then so that I can access more workouts.
I recently heard about the 3-2-1 workout system (3 days of strength training, 2 days of Pilates, and 1 day of cardio) and how it is more effective for older women (I am 42). I have no idea if that is true (I hear so many conflicting 'facts' about working out) but I was wondering if FB had any workouts with a similarly structured program.
I am also looking at free Youtube videos but I would rather have a structured program I can stick to consistently for results.
Any 3-2-1 Workouts?
