Hi everyone! I have been redoing purchased programs but have only a few weeks left of those so I plan on getting FB Plus again and would love some help choosing my next program.
My goals are to gain muscle and lose fat. Basically a body recomp. I’m looking for a strength focused program with a bit of cardio sprinkled in. I don’t love cardio but I know it’s important.
I am considering Strong and Sculpted with Patrice or maybe the strength block I heard about a while ago with Erica, Tasha and Brian. Not sure what order those go in or which programs that includes. I really like the 4+ week programs too, but I’ve already done all of the Strong programs and Mass.
