Postpartum Recovery - Need Advice

Hi Fellow Blenders,

I'm 5.5 months postpartum and still healing from a c-section. I always come back to Fitness Blender when I want to work out, because the trainers and community are so encouraging. No matter how weak I am, or how long my break has been I feel like I can start somewhere. I recently posted here about what program to start with for my journey and listened to advice and completed the Postpartum program by Nicole. It was amazing! When I started the program, I didn't know how to activate my core and couldn't even do a bridge on my own. The program really helped me connect with my core again and learn to activate it. Now that I'm finished, I've been looking at the postpartum workouts and redid one today, but I find that I need a program to motivate me as it's been 2 weeks since I've finished the program. Anyone have any suggestions? I still have a long way to go. Thanks in advance for your advice.
