Progressive overload

Hi all, I'm used to lifting heavy weights and have done so for years but often doing my own routine and using FB for just some of my weights sessions plus for cardio workouts and stretching. I'm looking to switch all of my strength stuff to an FB programme though but am concerned about progress overload. With the programmes will there still be the principle overload? As I am still looking to add more muscle size, definition and strength and am worried that by not repeating the exact same exercises or routine each week for a few weeks at a time, I won't achieve this.
