New 10-Day Challenge! High Intensity, Low Impact Workouts!

Good morning FB Family!

You’ve been asking for it and we hear you! Our latest 10-day challenge is a collection of low impact but high intensity workouts intended to help improve your overall fitness without jarring your joints:

FB High-Low: Low Impact High Intensity Workouts for Improving Overall Fitness

We’ve got a mix of strength training, mobility work, a little Pilates and yoga, and cardio/HIIT to give you a well-rounded, total body program that will challenge your muscles and cardiovascular system. As with every workout, the effort you put in determines your personal workout effectiveness and level of difficulty. Because we’re omitting any jumps and hops in this challenge, your weight selections, pacing, and range of motion are even more instrumental to making each workout fit your current training needs/goals. This challenge is a great opportunity to fine-tune proper form and regulate your levels of perceived exertion to learn how to match your efforts to each workout objective.

Like our other challenges and programs, remember that over the course of 10 days you’ll be condensing a high volume of work into a relatively short amount of time so make sure to listen to your body (and mind!) when it comes to daily effort. Even though we’re removing a lot of the joint impact we’re keeping the intensity high!

If you prefer/need low impact training or have training environments best suited for low impact workouts (apartments, hotels, etc.), this challenge could be a great option for you. What are we thinking? Excited to start this challenge? Share your thoughts below!
