FB30: Aerobic Work Interspersed with Strength in WEEK #2 of the Challenge
Good morning FB Family!
Congrats on making it through week #1 and welcome to week #2 of the FB30 30 Day Challenge! This week contains a bit more cardio than last week with low-to-moderate impact/intensity aerobic work interspersed with strength-forward workouts.
You’ll notice that there are two level 4 workouts this week as we slowly increase the intensity of our strength training workouts. All workouts keep the same duration (30 minutes or less!) and we offset the increased difficulty of the strength training workouts with cardio that doesn’t exceed a moderate intensity (strategically tweaking only a couple of variables at once!).
