I've started doing more strength workouts but due to some weeks having more time than others, I wasn't always getting a good balance of total body. Some weeks I might only have managed one workout (lower body for example and no upper body).
Due to this, I thought it might be easier to just do total body workouts and then no matter how many sessions I can do a week, my whole body gets worked out. This has been working great. However, if I have to do back to back workouts, I'm obviously working the same muscles and I'm not sure if this is a good idea or not. I'm just looking for some advice / opinions regarding that really.
