Workout Plan that follows Dr. Stacy Sim's advice for menopausal women

Hi! I have been a member of Fb for 7years. It is Fb that got me into a Fitness routine and I am so grateful. I am now entering my menopausal years and trying to navigate through all the changes my body is experiencing. I have been reading the research and following Dr. Stacy Sims. Are there any workout plans from FB that more or less follow the advice she offers in her book/research, Next Level. That is: 3 to 4 days a week of heavy lifting (with 2 min rest between sets), 2 times a week of Spring Interval Training and 3 times a week of plyometrics. I would love it if I could follow a plan from Fb that follows this path, so I can continue to get the guidance from their amazing team of trainers and at the same time meet the needs that my menopausal body is facing.
