I really appreciate the variety of FB videos designed to complement specific activities, like the running-focused warm-ups and workouts (even though I'm not a runner, lol). Recently, I've been getting into bouldering, and I've noticed that a few others in the FB community are as well. I'd love to see some workouts specifically designed to support bouldering—strength, mobility, warm-ups, cool-downs, or anything else that might be helpful.
Of course, I understand that this might be a bit niche and that you receive a lot of requests, but I thought I'd put it out there in case it gains some traction. Maybe there’s even a climber among the trainers who’d be excited to put something together?
