Split Strength Training for Full Body Challenge or Program Request

I'd love to see some type of challenge or program (2 week or 4 week) where one does split strength training such as 4 days per week with, for example Day 1 Leg quads day, Day 2 push day, Day 3 Leg glutes/hamstrings, day 4 pull day + core. Of course, with some more core or stretching, yoga/Pilates interspersed. I'm thinking about customizing this for myself, but it would be nice to have a challenge or program.
