Daily Check-in ANG: Thursday, May 8th

Hey ladies,

Not that I suddenly know how to start today's check-in but contrary to yesterday I'm more chipper. The sun is out, God knows for how long because the Weather Gods are predicting rain this afternoon. So I took advantage and got some weeding done straight after my workouts. But before I tell you all about those, let's take a look at our ghosting schedule. Pretty full already if you ask me but there's always room for more, June is still empty so feel free to shout out a date that suits you and I'll put you down. On the list of course, I'm not getting my gun out...

So, workouts, what's happening on that front? I'm on Day 4 of Spring and I didn't swap today. The scheduled Erica was right up my alley: bi- and unilateral reps, partial reps and static holds for the upper body. I also added one of Nicole's pelvic floor workouts, she's a real master at those.

Seeing as I'll be over at Marie's this afternoon, dinner needs to be something simple, so I'm thinking salad with shrimp or tuna and some small bread rolls on the side. What do you think? Sound good? Or do you have a better idea? If so, let's hear it!
