Weight Loss

Hi there! I'm new to Fitness Blender and feeling a bit unsure about where to start. I'm 27 years old, female, 5'4", and currently weigh 92 kg. I've been using a TDEE calculator and plan to follow a calorie deficit—about 500 calories below my maintenance. I’d really appreciate any guidance on which workout program would be best for someone like me who's aiming for weight loss. Thank you so much!
