New FB Plus Workout for Upper Body Tension Relief!

Good morning FB Community! 

If you’ve ever looked up from your computer and realized you haven’t moved in hours—this one’s for you:

Standing Upper Body Stretches for Tension Relief

Today’s new release is a 12-minute routine designed especially for those long, screen-heavy days. It’s gentle, grounding, and requires only a stretching strap (or a towel/sweatshirt works great too!).

We’ll focus on restoring range of motion, easing muscle tension, and creating a little space in the upper body where tightness loves to settle. You can do this routine daily — or just a few times a week — and your neck and shoulders will thank you.

As I mention in the video, these kinds of movements are my go-to for preventing discomfort before it even starts. A little time now can make a big difference later!
