New FB Plus Workout! Hip and Low Back Mobility

Good morning FB Family! 

We’re continuing our unofficial “feel-good movement” series with today’s release:

Express Floor Mobility for the Lower Body

This bodyweight-only session is short, sweet, and oh-so-effective at loosening up stiff hips and soothing sore legs. Whether you’ve been sitting a lot, hit a tough leg day recently, or just want to give your lower body a little love—this routine is for you.

We’ll gently explore hip mobility with tried-and-true moves like rockbacks and 90/90 switches, with plenty of space to modify and move intuitively. No pushing, no performance goals—just tuning in and letting your body move how it wants to.

As I mention in the video, routines like this are my go-to for tension relief and reconnecting with how my body feels, especially when I’ve been training hard or sitting more than usual. Try it at different times of day and notice what changes!
