Programs to do next?

Hi! I'm about to finish my second fb program and I'd love some advice on what to do next as I tend to get analysis paralysis when trying to choose between a bunch of options! I previously completed the bodyweight program and I'm on the last week of Low Impact 2 and want to start up a new program next week.

I have a pair of powerblocks, wrist/ankle weights, and exercise bands, so I'm open to any program that incorporates those. My main goals are to build some muscle, gain endurance, and lose a bit of fat - basically a body recomposition! I know HIIT is great for fat loss, but I'd like to not do HIIT 3+ times a week - especially since I sometimes have joint problems.

I'm waffling between a few choices and I'm just not sure what to pick. I've been looking at Fb Fit, FB 30, FB Complete, basically anything that seems to be a total body program with a blend of goals.

Can you guys recommend programs you enjoyed that work towards strength gains, weight loss, and toning -- but with a good balance of types of workouts (i.e. only 1-2 HIIT focused days per week, 3 max?)
