Hi! I'm getting back into FB after a pretty long break (9 months), though I'm still active in my daily life (walking, hiking). In looking to get back to where I was before the break in terms of strength and cardio, but I'm scared of going too hard too fast. At the moment, I'm comfortable with about a level 3 pilates/cardio (haven't attempted hiit or strength with weights yet).
I'm wondering if anyone would have a good program recommendations, either free or FB Plus? I've seen a lot of jumpstart/kickstart and low impact, but I'm not sure which one is best ^^'
