Program recommendations - strength, pilates, mobility?
Hi everyone,
I'll be finishing Low Impact R3 in a few days so I'm on the hunt for my next program! I'm a bit overwhelmed by all the options available so looking for some recommendations.
I like strength training (with dumbbells), pilates and mobility work. I'm not a massive fan of cardio/HIIT or bodyweight strength but can handle them in small amounts.
I need all days to be around 30-40 minutes (otherwise I end up postponing them until the time is 'right'). Ideally I'm after a 2 or 4 week program but other lengths are fine.
Are there any programs you think I would love? (or any I should avoid!)
