Don’t be deterred by the “intermediate” rating! I give modifications/alternatives for each exercise and although the sequencing and formatting are a bit more challenging than an introductory-level rebounder routine, you should still leave the workout feeling refreshed and energized! I particularly loved the fact that my heart rate was high without the high impact on my joints. I LOVE my runs but sometimes I need a little reprieve from the jostling and pounding.
