Standing Weighted Cardio and Core

I know how much we love a good low-impact cardio and core routine to break up strength days. There’s something so energizing and restorative about circulating blood flow, releasing soreness and working up a sweat. And this routine delivers exactly that!

The format of this workout is structured in supersets where we pair together a cardio-focused exercise with a core-focused exercise and repeat for 2 rounds of 45 seconds on / 15 seconds off. Our exercises are all-standing, making it approachable for those with sensitive wrists or who prefer less floor to standing transitions. You could complete it with bodyweight only, but adding weights as demonstrated will certainly increase the intensity and sweat factor 🔥

This routine is rated a level 3 out of 5 but can be scaled to a 2 or 4 with a few tweaks (found in the write-up).
