I've got the plus membership. Looking for a total body program that does not use weights. Am I missing anything?
I know you can technically do any of them without weights.
But i feel like the bodyweight single workouts are really challenging, and the ones with weights are realistically created to be used with weights.
I don't have any weights for an extended time now because of where i've relocated to. Thanks!
