What to Expect:
✅ A challenging lower body workout (no repeats!!) with 40 seconds of work + 20 seconds of rest per exercise
✅ A mix of strength, endurance, and plyometric movements
✅ Dumbbells + bodyweight exercises for a well-rounded burn

Pro Tips:
âš¡ Choose a weight that challenges you but allows good form (you'll notice that I'm using a single set of 20 lb dumbbells throughout this entire workout to minimize going back and forth with the short rests)
âš¡ Engage your core and glutes to stay strong throughout
âš¡ Modify as needed—focus on depth, control, and power especially during the lifting portions. Quality over quantity always!
