New Workout! 6-Exercise Total Body Strength EMOM Circuit

Good morning FB Family!

This workout was one of my favorite workouts to film for you!

6-Exercise Total Body Strength EMOM Circuit

You have the opportunity to lift heavy (for you, and “heavy” for this workout format) in this fun, right under 45-minute total body strength routine. We complete four rounds of a 6-exercise EMOM circuit that alternates straightforward lower body and upper body exercises so that despite the cumulative fatigue from your body being in motion, you’re not hammering the same muscle groups from one working interval to the next. Your heart rate will remain high throughout the workout so practice using your regulatory breaths to help calm your heart rate between efforts!

I love lifting heavy (well, I truly enjoy all forms of lifting) and challenging my body to lift loads that scare me. After all, if my weights are too heavy, I can always decrease them mid-set or during the next round but I must be willing to give myself the chance to try something uncomfortable/uncertain so that I can learn, grow, and make progress. I invite you to do the same!
