Personally, I always seem to come back to this balance of strength training and either barre or pilates training, my body craves it! In under 30 minutes we complete a 5-minute warm up, 17-minute workout, and 5-minute cool down. The workout uses superset formatting as we see a blend of traditional strength training exercises and pilates movements. You’ll want to have a mat, as well as a pair of light and medium weights.
