We’ve got something special for you today—a unique mobility workout designed to tackle those stubborn spots in the hips and SI (sacroiliac) joints. If you’ve ever felt tightness or soreness after leg day, or if sitting for long hours has your lower back feeling achy, this is for you: 

Intermediate-to-Advanced Floor Hip Mobility

This intermediate-to-advanced routine has zero equipment requirements (though grabbing a mat might be a good idea) and focuses on movements that unlock flexibility, stability, and range of motion. We’re not just stretching here; we’re working on mobility—keeping your body moving freely while supporting healthy joints. This is especially important in the hips, which tend to hold a lot of our tension and stress. With consistent practice, you may even notice greater range of motion and less tightness, making your workouts more enjoyable and keeping your body in top shape. My tip: try adding this workout after your next leg day to break up any muscle soreness. It’s also perfect for loosening up after a long day of sitting or traveling.
