Hi, I am really enjoying the newly released program. Thank you to all the FB trainers for creating it! I have two other ideas for programs.
1. A four week, five or six day per week program that includes three days of full body strength per week.
2. A five day program that includes all exercises that can be done standing in a hotel room with no equipment or just resistance bands.
