IDEA FOR A NEW WORKOUT PROGRAM

Hello Fitness Community,

I would love Fitness Blender's and the communities thoughts on a suggestion for a new program.

The intention of the program would be to be able to add on to any other program as a 2-a day. With that in mind it would be a shorter and less intensive program than the usual suspects.

Rough idea:

4 week

Avg length 20 min/day 15-25 min.

1-3 sweat bubbles. Usually 2-3.

Mix of light cardio, stretching, and Pilates.

Maybe mostly standing, making them doable on lunch breaks.

With so many of us sitting at desks all day long, anything get us moving lots of times a day, without the risks and downsides of over training.
