Upper, lower, core, HIIT — best order of workout?

I've been using FB for about 6 years (3 years member) and trying to establish a regular routine of upper, lower, core, and HIIT. Currently, it's one day for each, then repeat So:

Monday—Upper body

Tuesday—Lower body

Wednesday—Core

Thursday—HIIT

Friday—back to Upper

Weekend—off

About 30 min/day

It seems like too much time between HIIT days. I've done many videos with Kelly and Daniel where the day includes half upper/half HIIT, and so on. Is that the right combo?

Any best practices here?
