Amanda's 5-day Pilates or Erica's 5 Day essential after FBFit R4?

Hi FBers,

Crowdsourcing some guidance.

Tomorrow I will finish the last day (optional stretching) of FBFitR4 (Yay).

For next week, I've scheduled Amanda's pilates program to give my body a break before the next 4 week program comes out. BUT I don't won't to lose strength gains, so wondering if I should do Erica's 5-day program instead?

Anyone have any thoughts or opinions on this? I've already done Brian's and Tasha's 5 days challenges this year.
