Alternatives for Woodchops?

Just wondering what I can do instead of woodchops when they come up in a video?

I'm trying not to work my obliques too much as it's making my waist wider and changing me from hour glass to rectangle 😂 since I nailed my woodchop form my waist grew even as I lost fat, and when I experimented dropping them out of my routines for a couple of weeks my waist shrank back down. I can physically feel the hardness of the muscle too, and see the definition change when I stop doing them.

So, anything I can do that won't grow my obliques?
