Working out after Menopause

Hi everyone!

I was wondering, for those women out there that are/have gone through menopause, how has it affected your workouts? I personally have been feeling tired doing my regular level 4 workouts. Also, though I have been keeping up with them I have started to gain weight. I beginning to feel very frustrated! Has anyone out had success with changing your workouts? I'm not sure how to move forward. I also have been experiencing a little joint pain.
