1000-calorie workout

Tomorrow I will be doing my first 1000-calorie workout ever, to close out Fit 3.

I remember that for many years the idea of a 1000-calorie workout seemed entirely unattainable to me, but I’ve kept going and with huge thanks to Fit 3 (what an amazing programme) I am HERE!

I’d love any tips from folks who have successfully completed one or more of these - and more specifically, how have you kept your mental engagement going during such a long workout?
