best programme for serious muscle gain

Hi all, can anyone recommend which programme would be best for some serious muscle gain? I don't mean just a bit of toning up, I mean quite substantial, serious mass. I know there is FB mass but not sure whether that would be best, or if Brian's 5 day strength challenges (maybe on repeat for a month or so) would be better? I have considered the Strong programmes too but not sure if they would be intense enough for the kind of results I'm after?
