Does anyone like Pyramids and Ladders and all that horrible(good) stuff Daniel used to do??

Hi, Tabata HiiTs is kind of predictable and the body easily adjusts to a 20 second torture set.

Daniel used to do Pyramids and ladders. I think Tasha has done one in the past. I mean, 60-50-40-30-20 and back up or whatever.

It was nasty, nasty stuff but the body has a hard time adjusting and you get one hell of a workout. Especially the ascending ladders.

Spartan 300 was another great one Daniel did.

I am sure they were not super popular because they were 5+ hard but it would be great to get more of the newer trainers to try their luck too
