Challenge Idea: FB Form

Thinking about a short one or two week challenge I would love to see, FB Form seems like a good title. It would be a challenge that focuses on a different type of common exercise move everyday (squat, plank, etc). Each day would begin with a 5-10 minute introductory video that goes into detail on proper form for that move, and then a 20-30 minute workout that specifically highlights that move throughout, with different variations on that move as the workout progresses, but other moves thrown in as well. So, squat day would have lots of squat variations, kind of like the old 100 rep squat challenge videos, but more slowly to especially focus on form, and with other exercises interspersed in order to make for a full, rounded workout.
