Program / Challenge idea Kickboxing

I would just love to see a 2 week kickboxing challenge / program with a new workout every day of the week (except maybe the weekends).

Ideally a level 3 workout of about 25-35 minutes with a longer (40-50 minutes) and more intense level 4 workout every 2nd and 4th day.

Anyone with me? 😀😀
